Description

Harbourside is a semi-detached house, part of a mirrored pair, dating from the 19th century. The building features painted stucco and an imitation slate roof with close eaves, although it is missing a ridge stack. It stands two storeys tall with an attic. The central gabled dormer contains a pair of casement windows. On the first floor, there is a 4-pane sash window above a 4-panel door with an overlight to the right, and a canted oriel window to the left, which has 2-4-2-pane sashes and a moulded timber cornice. Additionally, there is a small Phoenix Insurance plaque numbered 53 on the front wall.
