Description
This is an early to mid 19th century single-storey cottage made of rubble stone, originally colourwashed, with a grouted slate roof and stone stacks at each end, the larger one at the west end. The front elevation is offset and features a 4-pane sash window on each side of a plank door, with red brick cambered heads above. The west end wall is whitewashed, and there is an outshut at the rear.
To the east, there is a lower outbuilding with a whitewashed front that includes a door and a window, as well as another door and window, topped with an asbestos roof.
Inside, the cottage has a 4-bay collar truss roof and a fireplace at the west end with a timber lintel.
