Description
This is a 19th-century farmyard group built in rubble stone with grouted slate roofs, arranged in an L-plan. At the eastern end, there is a large lofted building from the later 19th century, which features hard dark green stone in its later additions. The southwest corner contains a single-storey range, likely from the early 19th century, which is joined to another range that steps downhill. At the northern end, there is a low cow-house from the later 19th century.
The lofted building has external stairs at the eastern end. The northern front has two square upper windows above a brick-headed window, door, and window. The range at the angle includes one door facing north and another facing east, with an additional door in the range beyond. The cow-house at the northern end has a small window and three broad doorways, all featuring cambered brick heads.
