Description
This is a row of three terraced cottages located in Aberbanc, with the middle cottage being the focus of this description. The cottages are built from rubble and feature steeply pitched slate roofs that have bands of shaped slates. The timber bargeboards add to the character of the buildings. The middle cottage has a rubble chimney stack on the ridge, positioned towards the left, while the right end has a renewed brick stack.
The elevations are irregular and one and a half stories high, with two projecting gables. The middle cottage has a 20th-century door and a 9-pane window to the left, both featuring stone voussoired heads. There is also a small gabled dormer window with a pivoted 4-pane window and slated sides. To the right, there is a shared gable that includes two 4-light timber transom and mullion windows on the ground floor, also with stone voussoired heads. The interiors were not available for inspection.
