Description
Cegin Alban Café is a pair of two-storey buildings featuring three-window simple classical fronts. The first floor is roughcast, while the ground floor has rusticated render. The buildings have an overall hipped slate roof with boarded eaves and two cement render chimney stacks. The right side of the building has rusticated quoins, a cill band, and a plinth at No 11.
The first floor has 12-pane sash windows with ornamental keystones, and the windows are framed with lugged architraves. The ground floor of No 11 features sash windows with rusticated reveals and lintels, as well as a recessed entrance with a half-glazed door. To the right, there is a shop front that includes a cornice, a plain entablature, and pilasters, with two-light shop windows. The central splay contains two half-glazed doors positioned at right angles.
The right end wall is finished in plain scribed render and features a sash window above a panelled door.
