Description
Glenview is a single-storey end-terrace cottage, part of a terrace of three, with the end cottages featuring gable ends and the centre cottage being double fronted. It faces a matching terrace across the street. The building is constructed of whitewashed rubble and has slate gabled roofs. To the left is a stuccoed addition that includes a plate glass horned sash window with wide side margins, a slightly cambered head, and a painted stone sill. The original gable-fronted cottage on the right has a wavy bargeboard and a boarded door to the left. To the right of the door is a Gothic-style window with a severely pointed shape, small panes, interlacing glazing bars at the top, and a painted stone sill. There is a massive stone stack to the right, which is shared with the centre cottage and was heightened in the later 20th century using brick. The building was not inspected at the time of the survey.
