Description
Ty Mawr is a house constructed of rubble stone, featuring a slate eaves roof and end stacks, with stone on the west side and a taller brick stack on the east. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range of 12-pane hornless sashes, which are adorned with stone voussoirs and slate sills. The entrance consists of a four-panel door with an overlight, also featuring similar voussoirs. The end walls have overhanging verges, and there is a small 9-pane window on the ground floor to the right of the west end. At the southwest, there is a rear wing that includes a small brick end stack and an eaves breaking loft window on the west side.
In front of the house, there are iron railings with spearhead finials and urn stanchions, which are connected to the house by short stone walls.
The property has not been inspected.
