Description

The Penguin Café is a three-storey building with an attic, dating from the Regency period. It features a two-window stucco front, a slate roof, and a brick chimney stack. The wide bracket eaves are curved over paired two-storey tripartite bow windows that have small pane sash glazing and timber colonnettes. There are paired sash windows in the attic. The building also has a modern shop front.
