Description

9 Tabernacle Street is a group of two-storey buildings featuring three-window fronts. The end of the terrace has rusticated quoins, and there are pilaster strips at No 7. The roofs are slate and hipped at the corner, with five cement render chimney stacks (one of which is heightened in brick) and one rubble chimney stack. The windows are recessed sash types with glazing bars, except for No 7, which has different features. No 6 has lintels, while No 7 has cambered heads above its windows. The doors are modern and recessed, with a lugged and panelled architrave at No 7.
