Description

4 Waterloo Street is a small terrace of two-storey buildings with rendered fronts. The building at No 4 features rusticated quoins. The roofs are covered with slate, and the eaves are narrow. There are two brick chimney stacks, one rubble chimney stack, and one chimney stack with cement render. No 2 has two windows, while Nos 3 and 4 each have three windows. Nos 2 and 3 have two-pane sash windows, and No 4 has 12-pane sash windows. The entrances to Nos 3 and 4 are recessed and have architraves, with panelled and half-glazed doors.
