Description
This is an early 19th-century farm range located on the northeast side of Farmcourt at Alltyrodyn Home Farm. It features stables or cow-houses constructed from rubble stone, topped with a slate roof that is hipped at the south end. The building is single storey and consists of 10 bays, each with small windows and doors, all of which have stone voussoirs above their cambered heads. The windows have slate sills. The arrangement of doors and windows follows a sequence of WDWDWDWDWW, although the third door has been blocked and replaced with an inserted window. Inside, there are queen post roof trusses, and there is also a rear lean-to attached to the structure.
