Description

No. 3 Victoria Terrace is part of a terrace of seven three-storey cottages built from local handmade pale red brick, each with individually restored slate roofs. The terrace features six cottages designed as three pairs, with each pair having a brick mid-chimney. The seventh cottage, which is likely from the same period, is located to the right and has a slightly different front alignment and a smaller mid-chimney. The left gable wall is covered in slate, while the right gable wall of the additional cottage is made of brick. The window and door openings have flat arches made of common brick, with stone sills.

The rear elevation is constructed from uncoursed stonework and has seen significant changes, including altered window placements and modern single-storey extensions.

There is a small forecourt that is accessed by five steps from the street, enclosed by a stone wall and iron railings. The door and windows have been replaced, with the new windows made of uPVC, but they maintain the original openings of the joinery.
