Description
Ceunant Farmhouse is an 18th-century building that follows a T-plan layout. It features a large rubble axial stack in the short rear wing, with a later outshut that fills the angle between the two ranges. The cross range has some timber framing, with box framing in square panels visible on the front elevation, which is filled with painted brick. The return elevation has been rebuilt in painted brick over rubble, likely in the early 19th century. The construction of the rear wing is hidden by the later outshut, which is also timber framed with painted brick infill but uses smaller timber. There is a doorway in the return elevation of the cross wing, along with early 19th-century small-paned iron casement windows and two 12-pane sash windows.
