Description

Elan Village consists of a pair of semi-detached houses built from brown stone with bathstone dressings and a slate roof. The houses feature a pair of gables at the center, with a diagonal stone chimney situated between them. Each house has a two-light mullioned window on the first floor and a three-light mullioned window on the ground floor. The roofs sweep down over the ground floor at the ends, where small flat-roofed dormers are located beyond the gables. Each house has an entrance doorway with a small window positioned towards the ends, and there are corner chimneys at the rear angles.
