Description

The east wing of Trawscoed Hen is a red brick structure that mirrors the west wing, although the connecting block has been lowered to the upper string level and features a hipped slate roof. There are also two small single-storey extensions on the east side, which are undergoing alterations to create additional accommodation as of November 1994. Some 12-pane sash windows remain, which may be original to the building.

Historically, the east wing housed the kitchens, brewhouse, bakehouse, and service rooms for the main house. Internally, you can see the blocked wide arches that once held fireplaces.
