Description
The Old Hall is a house located on the east side of Lime Tree Lane in Bilton. It features an early 13th-century rear wing and a main range that dates from the late 18th century. The building is constructed of red brick with a pantiled roof. The main range has two storeys and a symmetrical elevation with five bays. It includes a six-panel folding door with an overlight, flanked by sash windows with sills and glazing bars, all set under cambered gauged brick arches. On the first floor, there are five similar sash windows. The building has a dentilled brick eaves cornice, end stacks, and raised gables. The rear wing has a 20th-century panelled and glazed door to the right, with a mix of sliding sash windows and sash windows with glazing bars, although much of it is largely obscured by ivy.
