Description

This building, located at 11 High Street, comprises a group of three-storey buildings originally designed as a pair, with a mirrored design for No. 13. The buildings are constructed of red brick, incorporating some stock brick for headers, with a plinth and a band at sill level of the first floor. The roofs are slate-covered and feature boarded eaves and brick stacks, some of which are slate-hung. The windows are small-pane sashes; those on the second floor have nine panes, while those on the first floor have twelve, except for the two flanking the entrance to No. 11. Nos. 12 and 13 have sash windows alongside four-panel doors, with small-pane glazing to No. 12's windows.

The rear of the building overlooks a shared courtyard with the building at No. 10. To the south, a two-storey range, partially weatherboarded, closes the rear elevation and adjoins the rear of the shallower building at No. 13.
