Description
13 High Street is a three-storey building with a single window front, part of a group where Nos 12 and 13 are reflected pairs. The structure is made of red brick with some stock brick headers, featuring a plinth and a first-floor cill band. It has a slate roof with boarded eaves and stacks made of both stock and red brick, some of which are partly slate hung. The building has small pane sash windows, with a 9-pane design on the second floor and a 12-pane design on the first floor, flanking a two-window arrangement beside the entrance to No 11. Nos 12 and 13 also have sash windows, with No 12 featuring small panes, alongside four-panel doors.
The rear elevation faces a courtyard shared with the supermarket at No 10. To the south, it is bordered by a similar two-storey range that is partly weatherboarded, which adjoins the back of the shallower No 13.
