This is a mid-19th century outbuilding located at the yard entry next to the Barley Mow Public House. It is two storeys high and constructed from coursed rubble with free stone dressings. The building features a slate roof with cusped bargeboards that match those of the Barley Mow. Notable architectural details include a boarded oculus with voussoirs, a stringcourse at the first floor level, and a short yard wall attached to the right side of the gable end.
