Description
Henllan-fach is a small farmhouse built in the 18th century, oriented west to east and facing south. The farmhouse retains its original box-framed timbering on the front, rear, and east gable, featuring plain framing that is three panels high, with short corner struts at the tops of the main posts, all painted black and white. It has a slate roof with a tile ridge and a brick chimney stack.
On the front (south) elevation, there is an original baffle-entry doorway to the left of the chimney. The façade includes two pairs of panels with modern windows and a small dormer window. To the west, there is an additional full-height bay constructed of white-painted stonework, which has a window on the front and another at the apex of the gable. There is also a modern single-storey brick extension on the right (east).
The interior has not been seen, but it is reported to consist of two unequal bays, with a main room and two smaller rooms to the east.
