Description

Kil Green Cottage is a 1½-storey cottage built of hand-moulded brick, topped with a tile roof featuring overhanging eaves and a dentil verge. It has a brick chimney stack and two inserted skylights. The windows are small-pane iron-frame windows with segmental heads, which include pivoting lights. The front gable end has a boarded door on the right side, set beneath a shallow gabled stone head inscribed with 'PWG 1892'. The attic contains two small windows. The right side wall facing the road has two windows, while the left side wall features a window on the left and French doors on the right, which have been inserted where an original window once was. At the rear gable end, there is a lean-to with a boarded door and a window above. The property has not been inspected.
