Description
Pen-ffynnon-y-cyff is a single-storey house located on a sloping hillside. It features a long range with pebble-dashed walls and a slate roof, which has four ridge stacks, although some render has fallen away, exposing the brick underneath. The openings are all positioned beneath the eaves. The house has four windows, with a boarded door to the left of the center, situated between two horizontal sliding sash windows. On the right side, there are two large-pane vertical sliding sash windows. Further to the left, there are four boarded doors, two of which have likely been converted from windows. The right gable end includes a sash window on the right side, which is set under a segmental head. Additionally, there is a short gabled rear wing on the right side of the house that has a brick end stack. The property has not been inspected.
