Description

47 Wexham Street is a 1½-storey house featuring whitened pebble-dashed walls, a slate roof, and roughcast end stacks. The entrance is located to the left of center and includes a panelled door, which is flanked by 12-pane hornless sash windows, with a smaller horned sash window at the right end. There are two raked dormers, each with 12-pane horizontal-sliding sash windows.

The rear of the house has been altered, and the rear wing has modified openings.

Inside, the room on the right-hand side includes a fireplace with a timber lintel that is set unusually high.
