Description
Tower Folly is a 2-storey crenellated tower made of roughly coursed local limestone. It features a single doorway and several 20th-century windows. The tower is encircled by a single-storey crenellated wall, also constructed of roughly coursed limestone, which includes sham arrow slits. A flue extends the full height of the building, and it is believed that there was originally a flight of stone steps leading to the flat viewing roof. The structure was remodelled in the 20th century.
