Garage Block (former outbuilding) at Nerquis Hall

The former outbuilding at Nerquis Hall is a 2-storey rubble service building topped with a slate roof and featuring a modern leaded cupola with a decorative weathervane. Originally built as a single-storey gabled range that dates back to the same period as the main house, it was raised in the 18th century, likely in the mid-1700s, and underwent further alterations in the late 18th century and the 20th century.

At the south gable end, there is modern stepped access leading to a late 18th-century depressed-arched entrance, which includes a re-used 17th-century boarded door. The west face has three flush 2-part leaded casements on the first floor, although two additional ones have been walled up. The ground floor features, from left to right, a Gothic iron-framed window with intersecting tracery and an ogee head, an entrance with a plain recessed boarded door, two leaded casements (the one on the right was formerly an entrance), and another entrance similar to the previous one. In the angle between this range and the rear of the curved screen wall, there is a Tudor-arched entrance with chamfered jambs and a plain boarded door, which also has a slate roof. The east face has been completely modernised with new windows and wide garage doors.
