Description
Park Cottage, located to the north of the coach-house and stables at Hartsheath, is a two-storey cottage built from limestone rubble. It features a slate gabled roof with overhanging eaves and gables, and has later 19th-century yellow brick chimney stacks. The front elevation has three bays, with an off-centre front door that has a sandstone lintel and a four-pane wide overlight above it. All window openings are topped with similar sandstone lintels and have slate sills, containing 16-pane sash windows. There is a lower rear wing attached to the cottage.
