Weighbridge House and weighbridge at Mostyn Hall

Weighbridge House, located at the southeast gable end of the southwest farm building (which is listed separately), is constructed of rubble stone and features a slate roof, a brick end stack, raised copings, and large quoins. The northeast side facing the yard has a brick outshut on the right with a boarded door on the side and a louvre on the front. There is a raked attic dormer with a two-light casement window, a single light window in the gable, and a louvre on the south side. The weighbridge is situated at the rear (southwest), outside of the yard.

The cast iron weighbridge is flush with the ground and has a rectangular frame containing a plate. This plate features a pair of moulded guide rails that curve inwards at the ends, with studded ironwork inside the rails. On the northeast side of the frame, there is a plate that reads 'Mostyn Foundry 1844'.
