Description

The Tomb of Moses Griffith is a stone chest tomb featuring raised angles and a moulded slab that bears an inscription, although it is now nearly illegible. Behind the tomb, set into the rubble stone boundary wall, is a stone tablet that marks the tomb. This tablet records the place and date of Moses Griffith's birth, his patron Thomas Pennant, and the date of his death.
