Description
The Sun Flower Chop Suey House is a three-storey, two-bay shop and house, dating from the 19th century, with possible earlier origins and a late-Victorian facade. It is constructed of rendered brick and has a slate roof with brick end chimneys, one of which is modern and located on the right side. The ground floor features a plain modern shopfront with an entrance on the left and a shaved corner on the right, which leads to Back Row. The upper floor windows have raised stucco quoins and plain stucco surrounds, with expressed keystones, and they contain plain 4-pane 19th-century sashes. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
