Description
Clough & Co Estate Agents is a narrow three-storey, single-bay shop and house dating from the 19th century, with possible earlier origins and a late-Victorian facade. The building is constructed of rendered brick and features a slate roof. The shopfront is plain and modern, with the entrance located to the left. The first and second floors have plain 4-pane 19th-century sash windows, which are topped with segmentally-arched heads and have plain projecting sills. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
