Description

Alwyn Thomas Bakery is a three-storey, two-bay shop and house, dating from the 19th century, with possible earlier origins and a late-Victorian facade. The building is constructed of rendered brick and features a slate roof with a brick chimney on the right side. It has simple brick cornicing and a plain modern shopfront with a central entrance. The upper floor windows are framed by raised stucco quoins and plain stucco surrounds, which have expressed keystones. The windows themselves are plain 4-pane 19th-century sashes. A moulded stringcourse is present above the first floor windows. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
