Description
7 South Parade is a former house featuring three windows and is slightly set back from No 6. The building has a slate roof and brick chimneys. Its stucco elevation includes a rusticated ground floor and rises to four storeys with a basement. A crowning cornice and blocking course are adorned with large brackets. The top floor windows are camber-headed 4-pane sashes, framed by long brackets of the cornice. The second floor sash windows are highlighted by shouldered stuccoed architraves. On the first floor, there is a similar window in the center, with storeyed canted bays on each side that descend to the basement. A rectangular glazed porch covers the doorway, which features a stucco prostyle doorframe. The property is also complemented by gatepiers, iron railings, and gates to the area.
