Description
The Wilton Hotel is a Grade II listed building, designed in the Italianate style and constructed from stucco. It stands slightly forward and is broader than the adjacent hotel. The hotel has four storeys and a basement, featuring two windows with sash glazing. The roof is slate and hipped to the right, with brick chimneys that have a dentil cornice.
On the top floor, there is a two-light square-headed window on the left and a three-light window on the right. The second floor has a two-light round-headed window on the left and a window with three round-headed lights on the right. On the first floor, there is a square bay window to the left and a canted bay window to the right. The ground floor features a camber-headed doorway on the left, flanked by Roman Doric half columns, and on the right, there is a rectangular bay with three sash windows, articulated by Ionic pilasters.
