Description
15 South Parade is a four-storey building with two bays, located on the north-west elevation to South Parade. It features a slate roof with a hip on the north-east side and is clad in stucco. The eaves have modillions and a Greek key band, and there are quoins on the left side. The third floor has small paired sash windows with slightly curved top corners. On the second floor, the left bay contains a storeyed canted oriel bay window that extends down to the first floor, featuring segmental heads on the sash lights. The right bay on the second floor has a four-light rectangular bay window, also with segmental heads. The ground floor includes a shop front on the left and a doorway with a segmental head on the right. A canopy with a corrugated roof spans the entire width of the ground floor, supported by cast-iron columns, similar to those found in front of number 119 Mostyn Street.
