Description
Pen-y-Bont Isa is a pair of two-storey cottages located on Penybont Road in Llangwstenin, Llandudno. The cottages feature stone rubble walls and hipped slate roofs, with two stone chimneys at the ridge.
Each cottage has two window bays and an outer doorway on the right side. The windows are sash windows with horns, found on both the first floor and the ground floor, with an additional sash window at the left end on the ground floor. The door bay includes a ledged door and a stone porch with a slate roof. There is a lean-to addition with stone walls that curves around to the right, and a rear wing facing the yard.
The front garden is enclosed by a very low rubble wall topped with ashlar coping and wrought iron railings. The gateway to the left is flanked on each side by stone blocks with peaked capping.
