Description
Pen-y-Bont Ucha is a pair of two-storey cottages located on Penybont Road in Llangwstenin, Llandudno. The cottages feature stone rubble walls and hipped slate roofs, with two stone chimneys positioned on the ridge. Each cottage has two window bays, with a doorway on the left side. The first floor has two modern windows that have replaced the original wooden casements, while the ground floor also has two similar windows. The front garden is enclosed by a stone rubble wall that has rough embattled coping, with a gateway at the left-hand end.
