Description
Nos 2 & 4 Llewelyn Avenue, Llandudno
Reflected pair of houses each of two storeys and attic and of three bays width, with gables with plain bargeboards, stucco walls, slate roof. Each end bay projects forward and is gabled; small gable also to attic window between each pair of inner bays.
Has projecting gabled bay to L; small 12-pane sash window to attic, 2-storey canted bay window with small-pane sash windows. To R, attic has small gable and triangular-headed casement window (dormer in roof slope to L). On first floor, to L, 12-pane sash window under hoodmould, to R, canted bay window with sash glazing with large panes, slightly out of alignment with similar window on ground floor where the doorway is to L.
