Description
This building is a late-Georgian style, three-storey, one-bay shop and house that forms part of a single range with Nos 17 and 21. The front has been later remodelled to match No 21, featuring a scribed roughcast finish painted cream, with raised quoins on the left side that are balanced by quoins on No 21. The building has a slate roof.
The modern shop window is made of plate glass and includes a glazed door on the right with a lower panel, topped by an overlight. There is a deep fascia with fluted panels at the ends. The segmental-headed windows consist of nine-pane hornless sashes set within eared and lugged architraves, and the first-floor window is adorned with a pediment.
The interior has not been inspected.
