Description
The terrace wall bounding the south side of the main forecourt at Gloddaeth Hall is constructed of stone rubble. At its northeast end, it connects to the range of outbuildings located southwest of the dovecote. This section of the wall is taller and features rough embattled capping. After a short distance, the wall turns northwest; in this part and beyond, it is lower and has ashlar coping. The wall is interrupted by a flight of steps that rises to a point opposite the entrance to the late medieval hall. It terminates at the southwest end in line with stone piers that mark the entrance to the main forecourt from the drive.
