Description
Isgraig, also known as Christopher Gash Dental Surgery, is a three-storey house featuring three bays in the main range and one bay in a two-storey lean-to on the left side. The building has grey pebble-dash walls with smooth-rendered surrounds, quoins, and banding, topped with a slate roof that has ridge tiles and a reduced brick stack to the left of the center.
The central entrance consists of a panel door set beneath a corbelled entablature and pediment. On the right side, there is a full-height bay window with paired two-pane sash windows, topped by a gable that includes barge boards and a finial. The left side features a two-storey canted bay window with two-pane sashes. The first floor has a central two-pane sash window, while the second floor includes a central four-pane sash window and a taller similar sash window in the left-hand bay, which is also under a gable with barge boards and a finial.
The two-storey lean-to has a large four-pane oriel sash window above an elliptical arch leading to a through passage. To the right of the passage is a replacement window.
At the rear, the building is roughcast painted cream and primarily features four-pane sash windows. The ground level is higher at the rear, with the entrance located at first-floor level. The property has not been inspected.
