Description
Bowden House is a three-storey building with a cellar, constructed from coursed limestone and topped with a slate roof. The facade features three symmetrical bays and gable brick stacks. A central four-panelled door is set above two steps from the pavement and is flanked by 12-pane sash windows on both the ground and first floors, all with painted stone sills. The top floor contains smaller 9-pane sash windows. At the rear, there is a narrow two-storey service wing on the north side.
