Description
The garden walls, gate piers, and railings located to the southwest of Bodysgallen Hall are constructed from rubble stone. The southwest end of the wall connects to Garden Cottage. The main section of the wall is approximately 20 meters long, and at the northeast end, there is a 10-meter long splayed section that ends with simple rubble piers at the entrance to the water garden. This main section features a gateway with monolithic tooled-stone round-topped gate piers and iron standards, although the gate itself is missing. On either side of the gateway, there are coped dwarf walls and railings topped with rounded finials, along with a cast-iron urn finial on the central standard.
