Description
Tyddyn Eglwys is a two-storey rectory featuring a later gabled porch at the front entrance. It is constructed of coursed rubble masonry, including long stones, particularly on the ground floor and used as quoins and lintels. The hipped slate roof has broad stone stacks with dripstones and capping, which have been raised above the original cap and rendered.
The main elevation faces the lane to the north and includes the entrance in a modern grit rendered gabled porch that is slightly offset to the right (west). To the left of the entrance is a small paned casement window with three lights, and above it is a similarly detailed but smaller window. To the right is a blocked ground floor window. Both the east and west elevations have similar ground floor windows that are offset towards the front of the house.
The interior was not inspected during the survey.
