Description

6 Uwchllaw'rffynnon Terrace is part of a mid 19th century terrace consisting of seven cottages for quarry workers. The building is two storeys high, constructed from rubble and topped with a slate roof. Each cottage features an entrance and a single window on both floors to the left side. The doors and windows have been replaced with modern versions, and there is a modern porch that does not match the character of the original design at No. 7. Each unit has a plain squat chimney. This terrace is listed for its historical significance as a surviving example of mid 19th century quarry worker housing.
