Description
27 Segontium Terrace is a pair of late Georgian houses, built slightly higher than the adjacent terrace of 20-26 Segontium Terrace. The houses are three storeys tall and have two bays, featuring graded slate roofs with corbelled eaves and roughcast stacks on the right side. The original 19th-century cast iron railings, which have decorative finials, are set on a dwarf stone wall, although the gates have been replaced.
The front of the houses is finished in scribed stucco and includes four-pane horned sash windows. The doorway on the left is accessed through an added half-glazed porch, which features a round-headed radial-glazed fanlight above a fielded-panel door.
