Description
The building is a late Georgian terrace of seven 3-storey, 2-bay houses with basements, belonging to the group at 20-26 Segontium Terrace. The front facades are rendered, while the rear walls are of exposed rubble stone. The roofs are slate, graded downwards to the rear, and each house has a brick or roughcast stack on the right-hand side. Doorways are positioned on the left-hand side and are accessed by steps. Many of the houses retain original iron railings atop a low stone wall, although the basement steps now have replacement gates. The railings feature trident finials and urn finials to the stanchions.
The original front is of scribed stucco, with moulded architraves to the 4-pane horned sash windows in the right-hand bay only. Corbelled eaves are also present. The doorway on the lower left-hand side has a replaced door within a latticework wooden porch with a pedimented gable. A window has been inserted into the left side of the door. Original railings are retained.
