Description

Cemlyn is a two-storey building constructed from roughly coursed and shaped boulder rubble, laid in large blocks. It features a modern slate roof with red tiled cresting and end wall stacks. The front elevation has a wide gable that dominates the facade, with a central entrance that has a flat stone lintel above the doorway. This entrance is flanked by 16-pane sash windows, which align with small 9-pane windows on the first floor. Above the doorway, there is a round-headed window at the center of the gable.
