Description
Ty'n Llwyn Farm's hay barn is a large structure built from rough quarried rubble with coarse mortared joints, topped by a large slate roof. The barn has three bays facing south, which were originally defined by full-height stone piers. However, the outer bays have been filled in at some point and now feature tiers of vents. There are similar vents in the west gable end and at the rear of the barn.
Inside, the barn has king-post trusses and a cobbled floor. There is a doorway in the east gable that connects the barn to the northeast range of the yard.
