Description

49 High Street is a pair of three-storey buildings with two-window scribed render fronts, topped with hipped slate roofs and rubble chimney stacks. The buildings feature small pane sash windows, with horned windows at No 49. There are modern shop fronts, while No 47 has a Victorian style. Raised lettering is present between the first and second floors. The right corner is rounded, with a splayed side elevation that slopes down towards Kings Head Street. Additionally, there are some small pane sash windows at the rear.
