Description

The Telford Milestone is made of dressed Anglesey limestone and features a shallow triangular head with raking chamfered sides. There is a cast iron inset plate, which has a chipped area at the top left. The plate displays white lettering on a black background that reads: HOLY- / HEAD / 28 / BANGOR / 3 / C. CURIG / 11M - 3F.
